What it usually weighs
Bathroom demo: about 1 to 2 tons. Tile, plaster, and a cast iron tub push it toward 2.
Kitchen remodel: about 2 to 3 tons in a 20 yard.
Whole-house gut or framing job: 3 tons or more per bin — plan on swapping bins as they fill.
Every bin includes weight: 1 ton on the 15 yard, 2 tons on the 20 yard. Over that is $165 per ton.
Recycling receipts for permits
Construction loads go to certified construction & demolition recycling facilities, not straight to the landfill. If your project has a City of San Diego or County building permit, ask us for the scale ticket — you'll need it to get your C&D deposit refunded.

Delivery, pickup, and disposal are all included, along with 3 full days and 1 ton of weight on the 15 yard or 2 tons on the 20 yard. Extra weight is $165 per ton and extra days are $25 each. The price we quote is the price you pay — no card fees, no fuel fees, no hidden fees.
A dumpster rental service generally includes the delivery of the dumpster to your specified location, a set rental period for you to fill the dumpster, and the subsequent pickup and disposal of the waste.
Dumpsters are delivered by specialized trucks that can safely place the dumpster in the desired location at your residence, typically a driveway or another designated spot.
Every rental includes 3 full days. Need it longer? Keep it for $25 a day — just let us know and we'll work with your schedule. Need it for more than a week? Call us for a weekly rate.
If you require the dumpster for additional time beyond the originally planned rental period, there are two scenarios. If the dumpster needs to be emptied and then returned for further use, this will be treated as a new rental with corresponding charges.
We can often deliver next-day, and sometimes same-day. Booking a few days ahead helps guarantee your preferred delivery date, especially for weekends.
